I have been a fan of little house since it first began, I remember reading the books and than watching the show. My daughter loved the books also. We have a cabin in the woods and that furniture would really bring us back to that era.

The house the furnishing n the quilts it all brings back my Grandma’s an my talks we had when I was little. I had the books but lost them in our house fire. Everymorning I’m up at 4 am and have my coffee and turn on my favorte show of little house. Which is “The Christmas they never forgot. I just love their togetherness and sharing their stories with each other. But honestly I love each and everyone of little house. I also have the box set books of little house. I have read these over and over and continue to do so. I just can’t get enough of them. Their warmth and love for each other just touches me. I would be so excited if I won this set to complete my little house room where I love to go and set and read or watch little house on the prairie. Nothing is better than that.

I love everything bits and pieces of little house. It has inspired my life is so many ways. Specially laura. I remember when I was a little girl I always went outside and played laura. To this day I turn my TV on hallmark and watch little house. You just cannot get enough of the show. It’s the love and warmth it gives us all. I love to set on my couch under a warm blanket and read my box book set of little house on the prairie. I had to buy a new box set as my first set is one of the first sets that came out and is fragile. So I made a trip to mansfield missouri to get a new set. Every since I was a little girl I have always watched little house. And to this very day I never miss it. Laura has inspired my life in so many ways. I cherished her and her ma. As I never really had a mom love me like her ma did her. I have bought every book out there bout laura ingalls as i feel the love she has gave so many. I watched Little House growing up, never missing an episode, then bought all of Laura’s books and one with a couple of photos of linens on display, included in a historical book off linens. I even recognized a photo of Laura in a catalog of quilts from Missouri and squirreled it away with everything else. I loved the stories and the warm thoughts about such a wonderful family and what it was like to have lived in those times.
Adore Little House on the Prairie as I read all the related books now including the wonderful A WILDER LIFE by Wendy McClure which I highly recommend 🙂
