  4. Just love looking at yesteryear stuff. It’s so comforting and rewarding. I am a 70 old ( young at heart woman) who enjoyed the Little House Series. I wish we can enjoy this life now with young one in bonnets and knickers. Too much technology. I work in a school and in April I was a mystery reader for First grade. . What fascinated the children was I taught them how to hand sew with a paper towel, a needle and a thimble. I believe in stop testing the children teach the basic skills from long ago. Melissa Gilbert signed a cookbook she wrote when she appeared at Bookends in Ridgewood, NJ. At the time she was in a play at the PaperMill in Milburn NJ. The day that I was going to see the play the understudy took her place. I was so disappointed. These materials of cloth are so refreshing as one can get lost in a pattern and gift tender hearted warm gifts of Love. Never forget that special weekly show, Little House on the Prairie.
